13. What do I do if I can't attend a session?
Please cancel as far in advance as possible – at least 24 hours in advance.
Short-term cancellations may incur a fee.
14. What do I do if I am ill?
If you are acutely ill, please cancel in a timely manner. Such cases are usually handled accommodatingly, provided the cancellation is made early enough.
15. What do I do if I want to end therapy?
Ending therapy is possible at any time. However, it is helpful to arrange a final session together to carefully reflect on and conclude the process.

16. What do I do if I'm not sure if the offer is right for me?
The initial consultation is for exactly that: There's time to ask questions, do some initial physical exercises, and get to know each other – with no obligation to continue.
17. Are there any discounts?
Yes, social rates or individual arrangements are available upon request – especially for those on low incomes or in training.
18. Does my health insurance cover the costs of dance and movement therapy?
Currently, dance and movement therapy is not covered by basic insurance. However, it's worth checking with your supplementary insurance provider before starting the sessions, as some providers pay pro rata.
19. Can I pay in installments?
Yes – installment payments or staggered payment plans are possible upon request.
20. What payment options are available to me?
Bank transfer (standard)

21. What happens to my personal data such as name, address, etc.?
All data will be treated confidentially and is subject to professional secrecy. It will not be shared with third parties. It will be stored securely and in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG).

22. Can I attend the dance therapy group with a colleague?
Yes, that is possible – especially in open groups or introductory courses. It is important that each person is willing to allow their own individual process to develop.
23. How does the therapist ensure the high quality of their work?
