About me
I will accompany you sensitively and individually on your journey.
Hello, I’m Daniela Hasche. My love of movement led me to dance as a child—exploring everything from ballet and hip-hop to salsa. Movement and dance have been a constant part of my life ever since, consistently opening up new spaces for me: to express myself, to connect with myself and my needs, and to experience both community and individuality.
In my work as a dance and movement therapist, I aim to share these experiences and create a space where you can express yourself without judgment and connect with the full spectrum of your emotions. For me, it is also about experiencing the joy of movement, becoming more consciously aware of your body, and cultivating curiosity about what can be revealed and experienced through movement.

My Therapeutic Approach
What is present—and what is possible?
My work is resource-oriented. This means we do not focus solely on what is difficult or what needs to change; we also look at what is already there: your strengths, abilities, relationships, experiences, and the aspects of your life that are going well.
At the same time, there is room for the difficult parts, too. If conflicts recur, things remain unclear, or you find yourself repeatedly in similar situations, we can take a closer look together: What lies behind what is currently visible? What might be revealed beneath the surface?
Past relationship experiences can play a role in this. They can influence how we perceive ourselves, others, and specific situations—and how we react to them. Our personal disposition, our environment, and our later experiences also shape who we are.
Recognizing these connections can help you become more aware of familiar patterns. Not because your past dictates who you must be today, but because awareness can create new possibilities for choice.
You are the expert on your own life.
I view you as the expert on your life and your experiences.
I do not come with ready-made solutions or a plan for how you should be or how you ought to change. Instead, I bring my therapeutic knowledge, experience, and various tools to help you view your situation from different perspectives, recognize connections, and gain new experiences. Sometimes, a fresh perspective can be helpful.
Sometimes, you need space to pause.
Sometimes, it is worth taking a closer look.
And sometimes, it is time to try something entirely new. I can also reflect back to you what I perceive—such as a tension, a sense of uncertainty, or something that emerges during our interaction. Together, we can explore what significance this might hold for you. Not to judge you, but to bring something to light.

In this process, the body serves as an important guide. And this is where I would bring your body-oriented work back into play:
We don't work solely based on what you think and say; we also involve your body. Movement, breath, and body awareness can help you become more present, perceive yourself more precisely, and discover new insights into your lived experience.
Sometimes the body reveals something for which we still lack the words. Sometimes a movement can open up a new perspective on an old issue. And sometimes, a physical experience creates an opportunity to experience something differently than you have been used to.
In this way, change can not only be understood but also experienced.
This approach has evolved over many years—through my own experience with movement and dance, my training, and my professional work with people. You can find insights into my journey so far here:
