🎯 Offer & Procedure

 

  • Initial consultation: 60–90 minutes: Getting to know each other, setting goals, introduction to body awareness (e.g., awareness of breathing, contact with the ground)

  • Individual sessions: 1 hour at CHF 170 – with movement, dance, breathing, relaxation, and body awareness exercises

  • Group therapy: Ongoing courses (starting e.g. Sept. 26), price: CHF 80 per session
