Dance and Movement therapy
In group therapy, shared movement creates a valuable space for encounters, exchange, and connection. You can express yourself, try things out, and experience how others reflect or inspire you. Creative exercises train body awareness, promote emotional expression, and strengthen social interaction. Everyone is invited to participate at their own pace, no prior experience is required.

This workshop trains your sense of your own body through mindful movements and sensory exercises. You'll learn to perceive inner signals more consciously and strengthen your physical presence. This promotes relaxation, self-regulation, and a deeper body awareness.
