About me

I will accompany you sensitively and individually on your journey.

Hello, I'm Daniela Hasche. I discovered dance as a child through the joy of movement—from ballet to hip hop and salsa. I've always been guided by the joy of expressing myself through movement and the body, of communicating with myself and my needs, and of experiencing community as well as individuality. In my work as a dance and movement therapist, I want to share my experiences and create a space where you can express yourself without judgment, get in touch with all the emotions of the rainbow, and, above all, experience the joy of moving and feeling yourself and your body.
